Part-Time Photo & Video Content Creator

Job Summary

Inspired Dentistry of Charlotte is seeking a creative, dependable Part-Time Photo & Video Content Creator to help capture the people, patient experiences, and dentistry that make our practice special.

This is an opportunity for a student studying marketing, communications, photography, film, digital media, or a related field to gain hands-on experience creating content for a professional business.

Your primary role will be taking photos and shooting videos in our office for our existing marketing companies to use on social media, our website, and other marketing channels. You will work with our Office Manager and marketing partners to turn content ideas into engaging visuals that help prospective patients get to know our practice.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our team, office, and dental services.

• Film short educational videos, team introductions, patient testimonials, and other content requested by our marketing partners.

• Help staff and participating patients feel comfortable and natural on camera.

• Suggest creative content ideas that highlight our practice’s care, expertise, and personality.

• Coordinate filming with the Office Manager to fit the patient schedule and daily office workflow.

• Follow shot lists and content guidelines provided by our marketing companies.

• Organize, label, and share photos and video files so our marketing partners can easily access and use them.

• Perform basic editing or trimming as needed.

• Follow office procedures for patient permission, privacy, and appropriate filming.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in photography, videography, and digital content creation.

• Ability to capture clear, well-framed photos and videos with attention to lighting and sound.

• Comfortable using smartphone cameras or other photo and video equipment.

• Creative, organized, dependable, and able to follow through on assignments.

• Friendly communication skills and confidence working with people on camera.

• Ability to work independently while taking direction and feedback.

• Availability to work on-site 1–2 days per week during office hours. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 1 pm. 

• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software is a plus.

• Current enrollment in a related college program is preferred, but applicants with relevant skills and work samples are welcome.

No dental experience is required.
