As the HR Intern for Shared Services, you'll collaborate closely with our HR Generalist and HR Business Partner to support human resources projects that make an impact. You'll contribute to:

  • Supporting compensation benchmarking project to help ensure our roles stay competitive

  • Modernizing job descriptions using AI tools as part of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

  • Digital I-9 conversion and auditing projects that support our move toward a more streamlined HR experience.

You'll also get hands-on exposure to the everyday world of HR-recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and more-giving you a well-rounded look at the field.

The summer HR Intern works 40 hours per week, with the option to begin earlier in a part-time capacity (up to 20 hours per week) if available.

HR Intern Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in progress with a preferred focus in Human Resources or similar.
