STW Undergraduate Student Researcher--Ren Lab

The Department of Biological Sciences is pleased to welcome a new undergraduate researcher to Dr. Xiaojun Ren’s laboratory. Under expert mentorship, the student will investigate the epigenetic mechanisms governing gene regulation. Their role involves a diverse range of advanced techniques, including molecular cloning, CRISPR-Cas9 genetic engineering, and stem cell culture. By integrating molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and single-molecule imaging, the student’s work is expected to contribute to high-impact, publishable research.
