The Cargo Commercial team includes Global Sales, Product and Strategy, Marketing/Communications, Sales Development, and Market Performance
Product and Strategy Team
Overall function and role:
- Support the development and implementation of product development and strategy
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Create informational documents and data analysis to support product development strategies

Prepare reports and dashboards for product and project performance
-
Interact with internal and external customers to assist in product development

Market research & benchmarking
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
-
Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution.
-
At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.

Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, and Fall 2027.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required

Strong organizational, project management, analytic/problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills are essential

Candidate is team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies

This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters.

Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op.

Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce.
