The Healing is Power Center: A coworking and event space supporting wellness entrepreneurs and small businesses near Uptown Charlotte, NC.
Harris Counseling and Coaching PLLC: A counseling practice focused on mental health, personal development, and professional growth.
Role Overview
Assist with grant research, proposal writing, and obtaining government certifications (e.g., Women-Owned, Black-Owned) to position both organizations for funding opportunities.
Flexible, hybrid position with in-person and remote options.
Key Responsibilities
Research and apply for relevant grants.
Complete applications for government certifications.
Prepare and organize supporting documentation.
Maintain a grants and certifications calendar.
Collaborate on funding strategies with leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Students in nonprofit management, business, or related fields.
Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with certifications or willingness to learn.
Hours
4-10 hours per week, flexible schedule, over the duration or position.
