The Undergraduate Intern for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life will work directly with the Assistant Director to develop leadership and interpersonal skills and gain a sound professional work ethic. This role will prepare undergraduate members for a career in higher education in student affairs with a strong focus on fraternity and sorority life, programming, teaching, and staff dynamics.

- Manage TELOS Senior Transition Program including but not limited to: Developing TELOS Calendar, Attending TELOS Events, Assessing TELOS Participants.  

-Assist with managing the Gold Standard Program. 

- Serve as an assistant for OFSL programs. 

- Community Outreach Initiatives (creation and the electronic distribution of monthly newsletters, community programs) 

- Assist with planning and implementation of National Hazing Prevention Week

- Develop and implement Greek Weekend in partnership with the Graduate Assistant(s) 

- Assist with the overall mission, vision and development of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Including but not limited to: staff/community retreats, assistance during large- and small-scale events, conference attendance. 

- Office administrative duties: copies, deliveries, etc.

- Other duties as assigned

Required: Fraternity/Sorority affiliation, sophomore, junior or senior classification, 2.60 cumulative GPA. Candidate must exhibit qualities that will further the fraternal movement, a care for student success, patience, determination, ability to work independently, dedication, trustworthiness, interest in achieving excellence, flexibility, professionalism, and a sense of humor.
