We’re looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic UNC student or recent graduate to join us as a Sales Coordinator and become a key part of our sales team. This role is the administrative and operational backbone of our Sales Department—perfect for someone who wants real-world business experience, direct exposure to sales strategy, and clear opportunities for growth as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales team by managing schedules, reports, CRM data, and sales meetings

• Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth delivery

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve issues and build long-term relationships

• Track leads, sales activity, and performance metrics to support strategic decisions

• Assist with marketing efforts, trade shows, and sales events

What We’re Looking For

• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
