Job Description
An Assistant Project Manager supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from award through closeout. This role assists the Project Manager with contract administration, submittals, procurement, scheduling coordination, vendor and subcontractor communication, and project documentation while helping maintain budget, quality, and schedule requirements. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with field supervision, estimating, vendors, and general contractors to ensure project scopes are clearly communicated, materials are released on time, and change orders are tracked and processed efficiently. This position plays a key role in maintaining project organization, supporting cost control, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations.
