Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide analytical, leadership, administrative and programmatic support to the mission of Niner Finances. This will be accomplished through project management, marketing, coaching, data analytics and administrative duties.

We are seeking a GA with a couple of different focus areas of responsibilities.  The GA will work closely with both the Director and Assistant Director for Financial Literacy and Well-being to fulfill the following responsibilities: 

  • Data Analytics – Monitor and analyze data submissions from the team to ensure current insights for our campus engagement can be updated at least weekly.  This will ensure that our data can be used to inform the university and our sponsors of the impact that we’re making on campus.
  • Relationship Management - Use project management and relationship management skills to execute partnerships on campus and with corporate partners.  Requires organizational skills, project management, and strong communication skills. 
  • Other responsibilities include: 
    • Obtain a financial coaching certification to solidify their position as an authority on financial wellness in an effort to best support the Peer program
    • Conduct presentations and one-on-one coaching for UNC Charlotte undergraduate and graduate students.
    • Review, revise, and construct online learning modules and classes through Canvas
    • Other duties / responsibilities as needed.
