What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist at Monarch, you’ll:

• Deliver direct therapy services focused on self-care, sensory processing, motor coordination, and adaptive functioning.
• Support individuals in achieving greater independence in daily life.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff and individuals served.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality of life and functional outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

To qualify, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required; A Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy is preferred
• North Carolina Occupational Therapist License (OTR or OTA-L)
• 1+ year of experience working with children/youth/adolescents in a Crisis setting
• 1+ year of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-aged youth with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder
• 2+ years of Mental Health Experience
