Architectural Designer (3+ Years)
Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | In-Office

Based in our Charlotte studio, you'll work on architecture that does more than look good: it supports business goals, enhances user experience, and performs in the real world.

What You'll Do

Translate conceptual design ideas into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions

Lead and produce high-quality construction document sets using Revit

Contribute to site planning, building layouts, and massing studies

Develop 3D models and create compelling visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion

Coordinate closely with internal team members and external consultants, including MEP, structural, and civil engineers

Support permitting and agency submissions, including responding to plan review comments

Manage deadlines and priorities across multiple concurrent projects
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
-
3+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm

Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred)

Strong proficiency in Revit (required)

Experience with SketchUp and visualization tools such as Enscape or Lumion

Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building systems

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Clear, confident communicator who takes ownership of their work and collaborates effectively with others
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Matthews, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
