The Classroom Support Team is responsible for the AV (audio and video) systems in the University classrooms, conference rooms, and labs. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for faculty and staff in the use of the technology in all learning spaces on campus. This assistance is provided through the use of classroom intercom systems, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions. The team also utilizes a ticketing system to track and monitor all reported issues. This position requires some physical work, the use of power/hand tools, operating a motor vehicle, and the use of ladders.
