Job Description
Design Collaborative is seeking an entry-level Architectural Graduate who is passionate about creating people‑first places. This role is ideal for a curious, creative, and solution‑oriented designer who enjoys owning their work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing projects through from concept to construction.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration
- Develop architectural designs, models, and construction documents using Revit, CAD, and BIM tools
- Collaborate with internal design team and consultants to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions
- Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Partner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgets
- Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program
- 0-3 years of professional architectural design experience
- Prior internship or professional commercial design experience in one or more of the following markets preferred: Education, Workplace, Financial, Religious
- An understanding of the full project lifecycle, from programming through construction
- Experience in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills
