Job Description

  • This position is responsible for processing FAFSA applications selected for additional review by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • The role focuses on verifying documentation and identifying, assessing, and resolving conflicting information to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
  • The role will focus on the review and clearance of federal C-Codes (C-Flags) and other eligibility-related requirements.
  • This position collects and reviews financial aid documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, including FAFSA data, federal tax returns, financial aid transcripts, citizenship, veteran status, loan defaults, and other documents.
