The Classroom Support Team manages the AV (audio and video) systems in university classrooms, conference rooms, and labs. The primary role of this position is to assist faculty and staff with the technology in all campus learning spaces. Support is provided through classroom intercom systems, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions. The team also uses a ticketing system to track and monitor reported issues. This position involves some physical work, including the use of power and hand tools, operating a motor vehicle, and using ladders.
