STW: Sedimentology Laboratory Technician

The position requires: 1) the production of sediment core logs for lakebed
vibracores taken from coves along Lake Wylie and; 2) the processing and grain size analysis of total suspended material collected during high flow events in tributaries draining into Lake Wylie. The samples are collected by Charlotte/Mecklenburg Stormwater personnel and are to be picked up after collection.
