Customer Service Representative

A Charlotte based packaging supplies distributor is seeking a full time, highly organized, customer service representative to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Efficient processing of customer orders
• Create sales orders, pull sheets and packaging slips for each order
• Assist customers and sales reps with pricing, lead times, etc
• Customer invoicing
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Work effectively in a business environment, with a focus on high levels of accuracy and customer service
