JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Consultant is responsible for growing market share in the designated markets.

Responsible for satisfying customer needs and meeting management objectives. Must maintain and grow customer base by penetrating existing accounts and opening new accounts. Develop a close working relationship with customers and all internal company team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Part-time opportunity, 4 hours per week. Can get more hours up to 10-15 hours per week based on performance.

• The Sales Consultant is responsible for growing market share in the designated region or markets

• Develop a close working relationship with existing and new customers

• Find creative ways to reach and acquire new customers

• Responsible for taking care of customers’ needs and expectations

• Meet goals and objectives and set your own personal goals to achieve

• Maintain and grow customer base with existing, and new customers through networking & relationship building

• Visit weekly, provide marketing flyers, and provide market Updates

• Create competitive analysis and a problem solver

Attend meetings, trainings and be an attentive and adaptive learner

BENEFITS

• $15/ Hour

• Plus - get commission percentage based on the sales tier

• Plus - profit sharing based on the individual and company’s performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School degree or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of sales, and/or chef/restaurant management experience, and/or related (Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality; or Culinary Arts) degree

• Good communication skills

• Detail-oriented
