J&A Solutions is hiring college students and recent graduates to join our Door-to-Door Fiber Consulting team. Through our J&A University training program, we teach you how to build real-world business skills while earning high income.

No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with your team and sales leadership daily
• Work in assigned neighborhoods with pre-set territories. Consult at least assigned 50-60 homeowners daily. 
• Educate homeowners on fiber internet services
• Build communication and sales skills through real interactions
• Track your performance and improve through coaching
• Submit your schedule week before.

Compensation

• $1,500 – $3,000+ weekly potential
