Job Description
Acts Retirement Communities is expanding, and our talented Real Estate team is excited to work with a motivated student who is interested in learning more about opportunities available in the growing field of senior living. This candidate will work hands-on with our Corporate Director of Construction Services to develop and maintain real estate directives, expansion projects, design standards, and all aspects of project management. Students will be able to work with stakeholders in departments across two communities in Charlotte, NC and Rock Hill, SC as well as work with leaders in our Mid-South Region Office in Charlotte. This is a fantastic opportunity for any motivated student enrolled in a real estate, construction management, engineering, project management, or a design program. We are always looking for talented people to join our team upon graduation as well!
The ideal candidate will be available to work for approximately 6 - 8 weeks (June through July, 30 - 40 hours per week, and will be paid between 15.00 - 15.50 per hour. We are looking for a self-starter with competency in professional communication, working with MS Office, and who enjoys helping people and making a difference in others' lives.
