Primary Responsibilities

• Support digital continuous improvement activities to drive operational performance and efficiency
• Project based work will enhance the internal user experience of multiple functions including Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, & Quality
• Employ the use of Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) tools as it applies to the role to foster a spirit of continuous improvement.
• Candidate should have a strong interest in project management, continuous improvement, & data management

​Basic Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred candidate should be pursuing a degree in an Engineering, Data Science, or MBA

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
