Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy college student for a paid summer internship that bridges the gap between client relations and professional marketing operations. This unique role serves as the face of our firm at the front desk while being fully integrated into our dynamic corporate marketing team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity perfect for a student looking to build a robust resume, gain exposure to the luxury real estate industry, and learn cutting-edge marketing systems.

• Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Typically 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate)

• Compensation: Paid

• Academic Credit: Eligible for college credit alignment

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Relations & Front Desk Operations

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and executives, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

• Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries, routing calls, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.

• Provide high-level operational support to ensure seamless daily office functions.

Marketing Integration & Support

• Collaborate directly with the corporate marketing team on high-impact projects.

• Assist in creating digital assets, property flyers, and promotional materials.

• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and social media strategy.

• Learn and utilize specialized real estate and design systems to support agent success.

Skills & Tools You Will Learn

We believe in investing in our interns. Throughout the summer, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship in:

• Design & Creative Software: Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

• Real Estate Platforms: Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and specialized transaction management tools

• Digital Marketing: Enterprise email marketing platforms and social media management tools

• Professional Client Relations: Luxury-tier communication and client-facing professional skills

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student at UNC Charlotte (preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field).

• Strong interest in marketing, public relations, or the real estate industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Eager to learn new software, systems, and industry standards.
