We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team.  This is a great opportunity for recent college grads to gain hands-on experience in scheduling, customer communication, and real-time problem solving.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule daily service calls for technicians
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and provide updates
• Enter and manage service requests in our dispatch system
• Track technician schedules, job progress, and completion times
• Optimize routes and schedule to improve efficiency
• Ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history
• Support team operations and assist with special projects

What We’re Looking For

• Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience (internships count!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• $18-$22/hour (based on experience)
