Join us at YMCA Camp Hanes to get first hand exposure with valuable educational methods and programs!

Interns will be involved in first hand exposure to our Outdoor Education program, structuring educational school trips for a variety of grades and ages, meeting NC Learning Standards, creating outdoor education lesson plans, alternative learning environments for diverse learners, and more based on personal and educational goals.

Interns will virtually work with the full time staff team to review lesson plans to comply with NC State Standards, create information resources for teachers and school administrators, and learn how diverse learning environments can be beneficial for a variety of learners.
