Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our operations team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our supply chain, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately label and store components and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport goods safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and yearly physical inventory.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Use basic computer systems to update inventory records and track shipments.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and efficient workplace.
   

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Full-time position; may require overtime or weekend shifts during peak periods.
• Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Knowledge of 5S principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role is an advantage.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and shipping systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
