Job Description
To actively promote and educate individuals on a variety of economic and health topics including mental health. Our goal is to help develop through our film, arts & science programs educational content that can be used throughout life.
The Project
Entry-level staff who supports Manager handling logistics, on-site setup, teardown, and troubleshooting. Student acts as crucial support behind the scenes, ensuring the event runs smoothly by managing vendor coordination, equipment handling, time management, honorees, special invited guest, speakers and attendee needs.
Learning Experience
Students benefit is networking along with supporting the Manager of the event. Students will develop the production schedule logistics, troubleshooting and social engagement.
Outcomes
Students assisting the producing of our October event will expand mission by increasing visibility, strengthening community engagement, growing our outreach through local artists. Great opportunity for students to network while engaging with community.
