Job Description
- The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and serves as a contact for outside contractors, campus partners, and vendors who are working on departmental projects. This role will also be tasked with tracking both projects and inventory, and will be expected to effectively utilize student employees to help complete tasks.
- This includes involvement in and coordination of project bids, meetings, and inspections and oversee daily operations as it relates to supervision and employee relations, project management, purchasing, work order management, time reporting, and safety compliance.
