Description of the project/project scope:
We are seeking a motivated college student to continue assisting us with reviewing and enhancing content within our Learning Management System (LMS) MyInternBridge.com, a system employers can purchase to support their interns’ professional development. This project involves analyzing existing instructional videos to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with overall goals for the technology. Additionally, the student will help brainstorm intern activities that align well with the instructional videos and create supporting resources, such as instructional guides to enhance the overall learning experience. The project scope may also include updating
content based on user feedback if time allows after the aforementioned tasks are completed.
Preferred student demographic and qualifications:
We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in fields related to education, instructional design, communications, or digital media. Ideal candidates should have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of educational technology. Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) is a plus but not required. A passion for enhancing educational content and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving will be highly valued.
Hours required for completion:
We estimate that the project will require approximately 40 hours to complete. The specific timeline can be discussed and adjusted based on the student's availability and the project's requirements.
Role type:
This gig will be fully remote, to ensure smooth communication and overcome the challenges with fully remote work, the student will have regular meetings with the organization's contact and receive their personal contact information for any questions or concerns.

Participating in this micro-internship will provide students with hands-on experience in content evaluation and resource creation within an LMS environment. They will gain insights into the process of developing educational materials and the importance of maintaining high-quality content. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects that impact the learning experiences of students and educators. The student will also develop skills in content management, instructional design, and
multimedia resource development, all of which are valuable in the field of education and digital content creation.

By the end of the internship, the student is expected to have completed a thorough review of specified LMS content, providing actionable feedback and updates to enhance accuracy and engagement. They will also contribute to the creation of new supporting materials that align with course objectives. The final outcome will include a set of updated content modules, newly developed instructional resources, and a report summarizing the revisions made and recommendations for future improvements. This work will help ensure that the LMS offers a high-quality, effective learning experience for
users.
