Gibson Custom Construction is seeking a talented part-time or contract Power Automate & SharePoint Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for streamlining our processes and enhancing our digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating automated workflows, developing a SharePoint site, and working with our team to implement data-driven solutions. This position is mostly remote, but we value face-to-face interaction and will require occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to integrate data and processes across MS Excel, MS Planner (formerly MS Project), Outlook, and other Microsoft applications.
- Develop and organize a company SharePoint site to centralize documents, project data, and team collaboration.
- Work with our team to design performance reports, using spreadsheet data to generate insights on profit percentages by customer, project type, and timelines.
- Program data-driven reports based on provided analysis goals (experience with data analysis is a plus but not mandatory).
- Collaborate with our team to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Provide documentation and training for the implemented workflows and SharePoint site.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint development.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Planner (formerly MS Project) and other MS applications (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Local availability for periodic in-person meetings.
Hours & Compensation:
- Part-time or contract position with flexible hours to fit your schedule.
- Pay rate: $25 - $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
