Water and Wastewater Construction Project Manager

Join Team Salisbury as a Utilities Construction Project Manager. Salisbury-Rowan Utilities is seeking motivated candidates to serve as project manager for water  distribution & wastewater collection line construction projects. The project manager will supervise construction inspectors to ensure compliance with City codes, NCDEQ regulations and Uniform Construction Standards.

Minimum Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and some experience in professional engineering work or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possession of North Carolina driver’s license.
• Utilities Engineer: Registration as an Engineering Intern (EI).
• Senior Utilities Engineer: Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).

Closing Date: June 5, 2026
Salary Range: $67,483.08 - $107,972.93 (Depending on Experience)

$2,000 sign-on bonus to be paid as a lump sum after successful completion of probationary period.
