Part-Time Videographer & Content Creator

FutsalTA is a growing youth soccer/futsal club in the Charlotte area, and we're looking for a reliable, hungry videographer to help tell our story. You'll be the person capturing what actually happens on the ground, training sessions, players, coaches, and the energy of the club, and turning it into content that makes people want to be part of what we're building.

This isn't a "show up and film a game" role. We want someone who thinks like a content creator: someone who sees a story in a Tuesday practice, not just a highlight reel on game day.

Responsibilities

• Visit one of our Charlotte-area training locations once a week to film training sessions, players, coaches, and behind-the-scenes club moments.
• Edit and deliver a minimum of 5 videos per week, timed for daily posting across our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Cover one club event per month when one is scheduled (tournaments, camps, special sessions), included in the base rate, no extra charge.
  Bring an "insider" storytelling angle, content that gives people a real feel for the club, not just clips.
• Collaborate with our team on content ideas, themes, and posting strategy.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student, available part-time.
• Experience filming and editing short-form social content (Reels/TikTok-style), proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar.
• Own equipment preferred (camera or phone rig, mic, gimbal/stabilizer).
• Reliable and self-motivated, someone who owns their deliverables without needing to be chased.
• Reliable transportation to our Charlotte-area training locations.
• Portfolio or reel required with application.

What we're looking for Consistency matters more than anything else here. We've had reliability issues before, so we need someone who treats this like a real commitment, shows up on schedule, and is genuinely excited to help grow the club's presence, not just collect a paycheck.

Compensation

• $700/month base pay, covering one weekly visit to one of our Charlotte-area locations, a minimum of 5 edited videos/week, and up to one event covered per month.
• Performance bonus: $50 for any video that reaches 10,000 views (Instagram Reels/TikTok) within 30 days of posting. Bonus structure may be revisited and increased over time as we see what resonates.
