STW: Lead Student Ambassador

The lead student ambassador will assist the Business Services marketing team
with organizing our student ambassador program, the Niner Aux Guides. The lead student abmassador will assist with event planning, communications, and social media content creation.

Job Duties

• Attend campus events relevant to parking, transportation, dining, mail,
  print/copy and/or vending to take videos and photos
• Create short social media videos, photos and stories that market our services on campus
• Help plan, organize and attend events for student ambassadors
• Perform or learn basic photo editing and enhancement in Adobe’s Creative
  Cloud
• Design simple graphics and animations using native video editing tools in
  social media platforms like Instagram and/or Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Communicate with student ambassadors and assign tasks via GroupMe,
  email and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Send a student ambassador newsletter via Salesforce Marketing
  Cloud
• Serve on project-based teams for a range of Business Services initiatives as
  needed

This position will give a student real-world digital marketing experience to complement and broaden their portfolio. An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to contribute and lead the implementation of new ideas and learn new skills is a required asset for this position. The person in this position will have a lot of room to create new programming and test out new marketing technologies.
