Since its founding over 80 years ago, Krispy Kreme’s focus has remained the same - making fresh, premium quality doughnuts inspired by their founder’s original recipe. The brand’s iconic Hot Light lets guests know when doughnuts are being made fresh in shop so they can enjoy hot doughnuts fresh off the line. To make Krispy Kreme’s in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theater, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kreme’s melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.

It’s the sweetest time of year again here at Krispy Kreme! Our 10-week internship is designed for rising juniors, seniors, and grad students looking to make full use of their talents with a hands-on work experience. Throughout your time during our internship program, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact; you will receive support and guidance from your manager along with interaction with members of our Global Leadership Team. Your internship will continue to develop your business acumen and professional skills.

Krispy Kreme’s IT Interns will learn how to efficiently support a global brand through a variety of hands-on projects that may involve application development, end user support, developing dashboards and analytical tools, and implementing security controls.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assist in system improvements, bug fixing, and develop processes
• Track support ticket progress, and ensure tickets are successfully implemented through following up with team members
• Work cross-functionally to provide solutions across multiple areas of business

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university.
• Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
• And of course… LOVE DOUGHNUTS!
