Position Overview
The First Bank Office Credit Administration Internship invites rising college seniors to immerse themselves in the fast-paced world of finance, technology, and community banking. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial underwriting tasks, including financial spreads and cash flow analysis
- Shadow senior analysts on live deals to learn firsthand about banking operations
- Support the team in preparing memos, reports, and other documentation
- Participate in lender meetings for in-depth industry exposure
- Contribute to short-term projects with the goal of progressing toward long-term employment opportunities
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Currently majoring in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of financial statements
- Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and an effective communicator
- Curiosity, a proactive attitude, and excitement about making an impact
