Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll recruit and manage relationships with financial advisors nationwide, offering Guardian’s Disability and Life products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to financial professionals.
- Educate advisors on Guardian’s products and help them meet their clients' needs.
- Meet or exceed recruitment and business generation targets.
- Track outreach and results in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and improve results.
