We're seeking a Field Service Technician who will travel extensively, typically 50-80% of the time. Ideal candidates include those with an Associate's degree in electrical or mechanical fields, equivalent experience, or a military background in electrical or mechanical technician roles. Experience in electro-mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, plumbing, or related industries is highly valued. This position offers comprehensive training over a 3 to 4-month ramp-up period, where you'll shadow experienced Boomerang Technicians and Engineers to become proficient in servicing Boomerang equipment. Based in Midland, NC, with nationwide travel, responsibilities include communicating with customers, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment onsite, maintaining parts inventory, and updating service statuses online.
