AI Search Specialist - Fully Remote

Whether a company is launching a new product, running social media campaigns, building a website, or writing code, it all falls flat if it cannot be discovered. Understanding Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is not just about ranking on Google anymore. It is about understanding the digital nervous system. It is how modern AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini discover, evaluate, and recommend brands to users.

If you understand SEO, you understand the foundational architecture of AI Search and can begin influencing how AI platforms talk about businesses. This remote, 12 week accelerator is designed to take you from absolute beginner to confidently executing multi channel digital campaigns.

This position is fully remote, all meetings will take place via video conference call.

Phase 1: Paid SEO & AI SEO Training (4 weeks | 6-10 hrs/week | Remote)

You’ll learn how SEO actually works in the real world and how modern AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini rely on those same fundamentals to surface and recommend content.

this initial phase is focused entirely on learning and preparation. you’ll build the foundation needed to work on real campaigns.

• receive access to a professional seo course valued at $1,200

• learn how to conduct keyword research, identify search intent, understand how AI finds and serves information to users, and begin forming strategies to increase visibility and awareness

• attend weekly 1-hour mentorship sessions with the founder to ask questions and discuss what you’re learning

• work through hands-on exercises and simulated challenges

this phase is designed to give you more than a typical online course. You’ll have direct access to someone actively working in the field to help you understand, apply, and think through what you’re learning.

the goal of phase 1 is to demonstrate competency and earn your spot working on live accounts.

No prior experience in SEO needed, we will teach you everything you need to know. The information you will learn is practical knowledge about how modern day search engines and AI platforms operate which you can use throughout your career no matter where you go.

Phase 2: Applied Learning (2-3 weeks | 10–15 hrs/week | Remote)
after completing your training, you’ll begin working inside the agency applying the knowledge you gained to real world websites. In this phase, you will not handle client work directly, but instead will begin working on mock sites and test sites conducting audits, performing keyword research, and creating growth strategies.

• conduct seo audits on mock and test websites to identify issues and opportunities

• perform keyword research using tools like semrush to find realistic ranking opportunities

• build seo strategies based on site structure, competition, and search intent

• analyze existing content and identify areas for improvement

• begin working inside platforms like wordpress, google analytics, and search console in a controlled environment

this phase is focused on developing your ability to think through seo problems and build strategies without the pressure of live client work. by the end of this phase, you should be comfortable analyzing a website, identifying opportunities, and outlining a clear path for growth.

Phase 3: Real SEO Work Begins (5-6 weeks | 10–15 hrs/week | Remote)

after building your foundation and practicing on mock sites, you’ll begin working on real client campaigns. in this phase, you’ll apply your skills in a live environment and take on more responsibility with direct impact.

• write and optimize seo-focused content for live websites

• implement on-page improvements, including headers, internal linking, and page structure

• assist with backlink outreach and authority-building efforts

• analyze performance using google analytics and search console to identify trends and opportunities

• support ongoing optimization efforts across active client campaigns

this phase is focused on execution and real-world impact. by the end of this phase, you will have contributed to live campaigns, built a portfolio of real work, and developed the confidence to execute seo strategies in a professional setting.

By the end of these 12 weeks, you will not just have a line item on your resume. You will possess a deep, practical understanding of web mechanics, user psychology, data analytics, and AI discovery. Compensation: $10 to $15 per hour, scaled based on prior experience. Applicants entering with zero background will start at $10 per hour during training. Candidates who demonstrate foundational SEO knowledge or prior digital marketing experience can earn up to $15 per hour.

This position is fully remote, meetings will be hosted on Google Meet.
