The COO Business Support Manager will directly support the CFO Data Management organization and their COO. This person will be responsible for managing diverse, advanced and confidential information. Functions may include: strategic planning, metric/dashboard reporting, financial control/budgeting and consolidation, resource and capacity planning, communications, associate training, process improvement, shared document management, and special projects. The individual will need to anticipate organizational needs and proactively work with senior leaders to plan appropriately. Additionally, the Business Support Manager must be able to interact on a daily basis with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback to better support the organization. The Business Support manager will be responsible for content creation including one pagers, building decks, PowerPoint, etc. and communication for a stakeholder across the line of business

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree

2+ years experience with content creation/communication material (not social media) one pagers, training decks, PowerPoints, etc

2+ years bank experience, project management, business support or other data control environment

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced excel functions such as pivot tables, Vlookup and Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities skills needed to perform complex data analysis

Must possess very strong communication skills with teammates and leadership within CFO Data Management

Ability to create executive-ready presentations

Ability to work independently and take lead on addressing issues Business Process/Controls experience

Tableau

Sharepoint

Project Management experience

Liquidity/Treasury experience

Banking or Financial Experience

Familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management Policy & Standards

PMP Certification null
