Your mission as a Process Engineer will be packed with challenges and learning opportunities:

  • Keep the lifeblood of our operations pumping by ensuring unparalleled tool availability across all shifts.

  • Accelerate the heartbeat of production, optimizing cycle times to set a new standard in manufacturing efficiency.

  • Combat defects and fine-tune parametric performance, shaping the quality of products that will change the world.

  • Architect and blueprint the future of material processing operations, from the alchemy of hardening to the precision of etching and beyond.

  • Dive into the action with hands-on involvement, making your mark on the factory floor where innovation is born.

We're searching for future leaders who bring:

  • A collaborative spirit and leadership prowess that can turn a group of individuals into a high-performing team.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for prioritizing tasks with a laser focus on the details.

  • Effective communication skills that can bridge the gap between complex ideas and clear, actionable strategies.

As you embark on your journey with us, you'll be required to work on-site, especially during your training period of approximately 6 months, depending on your toolset mastery. Following your training, you'll have the chance to define a hybrid "work from home" arrangement with your manager, with the understanding that continued on-site presence will be essential. Full-time remote work is not available for this role.

Are you ready to turn your academic learning into impactful industry experience? Take the leap and apply to be part of a company that is not just participating in the tech industry but is actively shaping its future.
