We are a bootstrapped, profitable company and located in the Charlotte, NC area. Our clients are in Fintech, Lending, Insurance, Education and Auto industries.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative. Daily responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, managing initial outreach, and scheduling meetings for senior sales personnel. You will engage potential customers through calls and emails, qualify prospects, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation experience to drive new opportunities and nurture prospects
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build connections with clients
  • Sales and Business Development knowledge to contribute to achieving team and organizational goals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to manage customer data and interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer engagement or lead generation is a plus
  • Entry-level role, internship in sales or support roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Research and build prospect lists of target audience
  • Reach out by phone, email, and schedule appointments for demo
  • Use the Botsplash platform tools to engage and re-engage prospects, both cold and warm
  • Work with marketing team to create and maintain prospective target audience
  • Participate to direct mail campaigns and assist with hosting in-person events
  • Collaborate with all sales, marketing, operations and product to improve the funnel and demo signups
  • Introduce new ideas and processes to acquire leads at the top of the sales funnel
