Preparation of direct mail pieces. This would include printing, folding and placing into an envelope, stamping and mailing about 30 a day.

The second position would be a telemarketer calling the homes that the mail pieces went to confirming receipt and asking if there is interest. If yes the prospect will be transferred to a licensed insurance agent in the office.

So, two positions 1. Direct mail execution and 2. Telemarketer with no license required. 

The individuals hired may prefer to both of these tasks during their time and that is fine.
