Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for website development requests, website updates, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation initiatives. Coordinate project activities from planning through implementation, including stakeholder communication, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Provide strategic marketing consultation and recommendations to internal and external partners. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships that support enrollment growth, audience engagement, and the successful execution of Digital and Professional Learning marketing initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies using customer research, market trends, competitor analysis, and performance data. Analyze campaign, website, and email metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members, OneIT, Business Operations, and other University stakeholders to support marketing technology solutions, reporting needs, software integrations, content management, and marketing project execution.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of digital communications by reviewing and proofreading website and email content, maintaining compliance with University branding standards, and contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
