Job Description
As a Real Estate Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, project management, and client interaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records.
- Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between clients and the executive team. Handle client inquiries, schedule property viewings, and assist with client follow-ups.
- Document Management: Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Marketing and Communication: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, property listings, and social media posts. Support the team in organizing events and open houses.
- Transaction Coordination: Assist in managing real estate transactions, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Support in coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in Mandarin in a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Patient and enthutiastic about helping others
- Familiar with WeChat and WhatsApp
- Working experience in any industry is required
- Will consider sponsoring a work visa
