The TPG Internship program comprises of a 12-month role within Tanner Pharma group, where the associate will be required to complete a rotation program across all divisions and departments as part of their development capabilities. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, analytical ability, and strong writing capabilities to ensure high levels of compliance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in this challenging yet rewarding environment, in which a proactive and agile approach will thrive.
Accountabilities
Expected Responsibilities for the Tanner Intern are:
- Assist with research and data collection for ongoing projects.
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.
- Create content for reports and presentations
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update project documentation, manuals, and guidelines.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure products meet standards.
- Engage with customers through surveys, feedback forms, and follow-up communications.
- Help plan and organize events or meetings.
- Shadow team members to learn best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to build new skills.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Management of NOI administrative activities
- Processing of Inbound and outbound orders
- Customer Service Back Up for Direct to Pharmacy Team
Desired Candidate Profile & Capabilities
Required:
- Working towards a bachelor and or master’s degree, preferably science related
- Looking to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent office 365 usability skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
