This position will be responsible for patent preparation and prosecution, and will report directly to our Managing Partner.

• Duties include conducting invention disclosure meetings, analyzing technical disclosures, drafting/prosecuting, managing client correspondence and patent applications.
• Candidate must have technical understanding with excellent technical writing skills. 
• Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Experience preparing and prosecuting patents in electrical, mechanical, software, or related arts.
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written) with great attention to detail.
