Job Description

Student will be working up to 10 hours per week completing the following tasks: 

  • Assist OUR Staff with the planning and implementation of the 2026 SNCURCS by providing student perspective (this includes attending weekly meetings with OUR director and attending all of the SNCURCS committee meetings)
  • Actively participating in the set-up, implementation, and take-down of the SNCURCS event.  Must be available the day of the event - Saturday November 7, 2026.
  • Help with the communication of SNCURCS related programming and deadlines (including web page content development, digital signage, student communications, etc)
  • Marketing SNCURCS to students and campus (physical and digital signage, tabling, publicity, volunteer recruitment)
  • Help build critical conference components including unduplicated student participation list, generation and editing program book, schedule development, informational slides shows
  • Prepare event surveys, post-event data analysis and reports, follow-up communications and thank yous, impact summaries.
  • Support the event logistics on the day of the conference, support guests, and filling gaps as needed.
