Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Process Analyst Intern to support our Land Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to map and optimize business processes, identify automation opportunities, and help our team deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leads to document and map existing business processes.
- Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Explore and evaluate automation opportunities, focusing on high-touch aspects of processes.
- Research the technology marketplace to identify tools and solutions that can streamline manual steps.
- Present findings and recommendations to the team to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Background in business process assessment and automation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology tools and automation solutions is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This role will involve working both in-person at one or more of our office locations in the Charlotte region and virtually via Microsoft Teams.
- Candidates should be comfortable engaging with a diverse group of employees and stakeholders.
