STW: Planning, Design, and Construction Student Assistant

The Planning, Design, and Construction department is hiring a student assistant for the spring semester. The PDC Student Assistant is an important member of our department staff and contributes to achieving organizational goals by assisting with a variety of department tasks.  Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assist staff in the administration of multiple campus projects/studies
• Assisting with university signage projects and information gathering
• Assisting in conducting space audits of university facilities 
• Input of data into our university facility database system (Archibus)
• Generating reports and presentations regarding campus space usage
• Verification of facility data
• Participation in department and/or project meetings
• Update and provide content for the department website
• Research subject matter relative to facility planning, design, and construction
