Biele Group, a European leader in industrial automation, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Atlanta headquarters. You will collaborate with our senior electrical and mechanical engineers on projects for US customers, focusing on developing, implementing, and testing PLC software to automate machines and robots.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and test PLC software to automate machines and robots.
  • Commission automated manufacturing lines, including press systems, robotic systems, vision systems, and more.
  • Troubleshoot electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Improve the efficiency of working manufacturing lines and processes.
  • Provide training and technical support to our clients in the US.
  • Analyze and review electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software) to develop innovative solutions.
Full-Time • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s preferred). • Proficiency in Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs. • Hands-on experience with industrial controls (hydraulics, pneumatics, servo motion, PLCs, I/O, etc.) is a plus. • Knowledge of network design, Ethernet IP, and switch configuration. • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and motion control is a plus. • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, including learning new software, tools, and technologies. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. • Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
