Summary

Our 10-week full-time internship provides an immersive introduction to the Loan Syndications Group within Corporate and Specialty Finance. You will gain practical exposure to the full lifecycle of syndicated loans-from origination and underwriting support to distribution, closing, and post-closing agency/portfolio management. Interns partner with associates across Loan Syndications, Relationship Management, Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, and Loan Operations.

The Intern will learn and assist with the day-to-day duties of the Loan Syndications Group, including:

• Origination and Market Support

• Underwriting and Credit Execution Support

• Syndication and Distribution

• Agency and Portfolio Management

• Reporting and Process Improvement

• Professional Development and Exposure

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate student with anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

• GPA of 3.0 or above

• Strong interest in capital markets, banking, and finance.

• Business, Accounting, Economics, and Finance majors preferred.

• Resourceful, team-oriented, enthusiastic; entrepreneurial spirit

• Demonstrated leadership and self-development (work or campus)

• Ability to interface and network with associates and external partners at all levels

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strategic and critical thinking skills; high attention to detail

Computer and Office Equipment Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on:

• Excel: formulas, formatting, charts; familiarity with pivot tables and lookups preferred

• PowerPoint

• Word: professional formatting and basic redline review

• Experience with finance data tools (e.g., Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, Refinitiv/LPC) a plus, not required
